Who we are:
Our Mission Statement at the Young Democrats of Jackson County is as follows,
“Empowering young leaders of Jackson County to take meaningful action to preserve the democratic principle we hold dear: Liberty and Justice for All”
It is our priority to serve the community of Jackson County. We take great pride in helping out in all corners we are needed. From the community garden, to food banks, to event planning we are there.
It is important to the Young Democrats of Jackson County to advocate for what is right, not what is easy. We feel equality, justice, and inclusivity are the key pillars of what we stand for. We promise to fight for these ideals in any way we can.

One of the core beliefs of the Young Democrats of Jackson County is the protection of our Environment. Without our planet we would not be able to function as a human race. It is our duty as people on this planet to protect it.
We have created events to help bee keepers as well as hosted protests for the 107 Gas Station on River Road. If our Environment is under attack, YDJC will be there to bring awareness.
